JO made of white oak, length 4 Shaku 2 Sun 1 Bu (approx. 128 cm).
Available diameters range from 8 Bu (approx. 24.2 mm) to 9 Bu (approx. 27.3 mm).
Handcrafted in Miyakonojyo, Miyazaki, Japan.
Each piece is individually handmade.
In some production batches, this item may not bear the maker’s stamp.

• Finish: the surface of the wood is untreated
• Maintenance: occasional application of vegetable oil and polishing is recommended (every few months)
